Any issues with a 42 lighting 525 its shorty speedmaster 1 in spacer that would make it throw ears off the props? Thanks

I thought that I had read in Powerboat that Herring was going to expand their audience by having more props available. When I called, they said there were so many set-ups that they didn't have anything close to what they thought I needed.

Since I am looking for top end the Herring might just be the ticket, but would like to try one out first.

Appreciate the comments regarding various props.

i ususally speak with dave when i call herring. he is a gentleman as has plenty of knowledge regarding his profession. they are out by about 3 weeks, which is a an improvement over past time frames.

I tried the maximus props on my 29 Fver. I lost 3 mph going from the Bravos. I guess blade thickness also must be taken in considderation. Just my opinion though.... I know a guy went from 85 to 89 going from Maximus to Herrings on a 35 ICBM with 496s. Pretty awesome increase. Same RPM!
