i found a 27 fever 2000 with 170 hours. fresh water boat, outdrive shower, steering, 502 mag, i have not gone to look at it yet wondering how much she is worth. the guy said the motor runs like a 10, the interior is a 9, the tri axle lum trailer is an 8-9 the hull and top half are a 7 do to sun fade
whats this boat worth?
how fast would this boat run in stock trim?
how do these boats take bigger see's compaired to a baja, or checkmate?
any info or anything to look at when i go to look at it?
thanks

PowerBoats NW has a 2002 27 with a 500 EFI with 100 hrs on a painted Myco listed at $49999. I would much rather have a 2002 and a 500EFI than a 2000 with a 502 MPI, for more or less the same money. 2000 may be the "classic" with smoke windscreen or the "new" style with full windshield. 2000 with full windshield has a big square frame right in the center of the windshield. It is the only year they had that goofy windshield design. 2001 changed to the current style windshield. 2000 with 502 MPI should run upper 60's, maybe 70. 496 HO boats run right at 68-69 and they have 425 hp compared to the 502 at 415 hp. Price wise, look in the classified here, upper 30's to low 40's at best, IMO. I would go for 29 with a 500, 525 or 575. Have had 1 27, 3 29's and 1 35 twin step. I think 29 with big single engine is about the best all-around trailer boat.

Easy, I have a 2000 27 with the "goofy" windsheild. I was told that I scored a plus as this was an expensive option when the boat was built. It works good, but is a bit less sexy than the new one. Can I retrofit mine easily? Any quess of cost?
The 502 is good for upper 60's (68 by the speedo) with a Rev 4 23p - on a good day. I've read the bravos and hydro props run a bit better on top end but the Rev 4 is better getting on plane.
Good luck.
