Default 38 Fever Dash Stress Crack

My 38 Fever has recently developed a small crack to the outside of the top of the glove box (passenger side), right where the horizontal surface slopes toward vertical. Anyone had this experience- either in a Fever or a Lightning and were you able to repair it? If so, how, how much and were you happy with the results?

I have drawn the conclusion that LOTO may, in fact, be a rough from time to time . . . .Thanx.

Had a 2000 35 Lightning, developed stress cracks in about the same place. Had them repaired and in about a year they came back....same place. I was told by the repair shop they might. Someone else may have had more luck fixing them than I did.

Every Fountain I have seen has spider cracks in various areas on the top. Mine developed in it's first summer on the water.

Bring that Feva' over to Lake MI....you'll see lot's of cracks.

Well, naturally mine existed for 10 years without developing any- previous owner did not boat on the weekends like I have to. I am sure that Lake Michigan serves them up big time . . . I am just pssd that I managed to get it done in my first season with the boat!!!!
