Im have been looking @ these boats for 4 years now and am ready to make a move. The problem is I havent actually been able to ride in one. I know they are shallower then the traditional Fountain hull for "skiing" but just how well do they do in different types of water.
I am also hoping someone could post a link or give me info on the basic "specs" on the boat like brochure type info...weight, standard features, options, etc......if at all possible.
Thanks all......any info is appreciatted. Its between the 24cs and the Donzi 22zx........trying to shy from Baja but have also considered a Velocity.......but I really want to be part of the Fountain family.
NOTE: I did find alot of info doing searches on here but just looking for more info if you have it.

The Baja H2X would be a much better value and resale easier, it is also a bigger boat. However if you are set on the 24 Fountain, they are not designed for water bigger that 2-3' and that will be very rough. The Donzi is cool, but is very dated.
That being said, the 24 CS is a great boat just rare, just know you are buying a Lake boat.
WOW on the fence for how many years?? Dude go buy a boat, you missed so many summers of fun just thinking about it.

Plus, that itch to go faster will get scratched every time you run that boat. It RUNS.

I have a 1996 24 CS that is all original. I also have all documentation to go with it, including original brochures. What information would you like to know. I love the boat, mine has 133 hours on it.

Thanks all....sorry for the delayed response. I just returned from a short deployment. I havent bought a boat because of my current location but I am moving this spring to a performance boat friendly location. I do know that the 24 is a lake boat and that is my intent with it and hear great things about economy and speed, not to mention quality. I found one back east for $16,000 and change that has my interest.
Some of the specs I was curious to know about is the weight, fuel tank size ( I think 75 gal.) and the standard features and available options.
Thanks all!!!!!
