Lowered the price again
I lowered the price on my 2004 27 Fountain, again .... $46,900 or make me a reasonable offer. Nothing wrong with the boat, just want to get a 35 twin step and can't be a 2 boat owner, especially in this screwed up economy. Its in the classifieds here on OSO.
Thanks,
Bob

If you go to a 29', I would recommend going with a 525EFI or the 575SCI. I had a 2000 29 with 500 EFI and then a 2002 with 575SCI. Night and day difference between how they get on plane and accelerate. The 2000 is the 3rd generation 29 Fever, 1996 is 2nd generation 29, really old 27's were really 29' and were "1st generation 29". 2002 and up was latest generation of 29 Fever. Interior layout of 2000 and 2002 are very similar. 2002 had built in ladder on swim platform and curved full frame windshield. Mid 90's 29's had odd layout for passenger side of cockpit - angled glovebox and no really good place to put your feet. Fountain changed cockpit layout of 29 to match that of the 27 in either 99 or 2000 (don't remember for sure). late 90s and up 29 single engine boats have what Fountain called "extended cockpit" where they added ~12" to the distance between the back seat and back of front seats. It is a very noticable difference when you are in the boat.
