Default Gauges

I have a 92 27ft fountain.
Does anyone offhand know the stanard amount of gauges it comes with,
The reason i am asking is because i bought my boat late this fall and now it is inside a building for the winter and i want to purchase all new gauges for the boat so in the spring i will be ready .
If anyone can help me out it would be great.
Thanks

Take a look in the classified and you can probably see a good picture of one of their dashboards. My 1996, 2000, 2002 and 2004 27s' and 29s' all were the same and had the following:
speedo
tach
water temp
oil temp
water pressure
oil pressure
semi functional fuel gauge
volt meter
depth gauge in the center of the dash (optional)
hourmeter was always in the engine compartment, along the starboard side. I think the very early Fountain's had Stewart Warner gauges and then they switched to Gaffrig redline gauges. White dashboards started in late 1995/early 1996.

all the water related gauges on the port side of the dash, all of the oil related gauges on the starboard side.

hope that helps.

I still have the stock guages i took out of my 92. I put all new livorsi's in. The deptfinder is not stock nore is the boost guage.. and the fuel guage works great on the trailer or at wide open thrpottle .. When it is level..

Chad _mcprodesign
did you have to buy any new sending units for any of the gauges? What was the approx cost for the whole gauge setup?
Thanks

The fuel pressure sender works backwards. I don't know if you have that or not.. All the other ones worked.. New senders are only like 12 bucks .. I just put new ones in .. I think most of the senders worked though. The fuel guage works the same. The speedo is off but works. I got all the guages with my boat in a box. Retail is so much for them.. Try to find someone that can get dealer price.. It will save you a ton.

You will spend about $2400.00 for everything (gauges, dash blanks, throttle, and steering wheel) I think just gauges will run you around $600 - $800. Thats going through Livorsi. I getting ready to get rid of my ugly dash real soon.

Lessons from when I did my dash last year.

1) If you go with Livorsi Monster Gauges, you'll need a new dash panel
2) Call Mitcher T and work with him on designing a custom painted dash.
