I recently bought my Fountain and have only had it on the water a few times this year, but so far I've been impressed with the performance. With four folks and a full tank of fuel, we ran 78 mph with about a foot of chop. Thats with all my gear, ice, drinks, etc.. Im running the 525 EFI with XR outdrive (1.5R) and a 26p Bravo prop. I think i could easily see 80-81 with reduced weight. Don't know about the prop selection though. Kinda like the 26p for everyday use.

I took a 29 with a 500EFI for a spin last week and did not see those speeds! It spun a stock 26p Bravo 1 as well.
