98 500hps 28 bravo one's 1.5's. light fuel load and cool temps 80-81 normal conditions 78-80, classic deck. love the extra space in cockpit.

i ran 5000rpm spinning the 28s showing 90 on the gps, i pulled 5700 in my other boat cant figure out why i cant get it to turn more rpms, it planes instantly. the cresent lowers on the bmaxs have a rough casting im going to smooth those and check the carbs to make sure they are opening all the way.

seems like it ran flat, not nose high like the one in your pic.

Your almost where im at, 5300/28's/91 i would think you should be about 5-7 mph faster.

are you spinning in or out?

Spiining In, Im Down 700rpm I Think The Lower Skegs Are Draging Hard They Appear To Be Real Thick Compared To A Reg Bravo Lower.

got it to 95gps 5400 prob was i wasnt trimming it out enough,and it was still pulling.

Mines not a step but it likes all the way out on the drive trim for top end.

yes i think this one is going to need alot of trim,when i trmmed up it felt like it let loose and started climbing on speed and rpm, i will be happy if i break 100mph, but im happy now cause it really turns heads even tho it doesnt have flashy paint.

Are you running shorty lowers? I am thinking about going to a shorty for a mph gain...and reliability too.
