Default Can you make tail pipes?

I need someone to weld me up four tail pipes that would allow me to put gills on my 89 fountain. They would need to have a flange, 6 or 7 inch riser to a 90degree elbow and go straight to the exhaust tips mounted in the transom.

It would be great if you would be able to make these so they are dry all the way to the end.

If you can do this please let me know and we will work something out.

Thanks,
Justin

I am in the process of building a set for Keith Eickert headers. I took a pair of new Gil risers and cut what I needed off of them. Figured out my angles and spot welded the inside pipes. Had a local guy tig weld them. Pressure tested and continued on the outer pipes. Yes it has been a pain in the neck but I saved about 1/2 the money. Long story but I still have two gil flanges with risers . They are new and I will sell them if you are interested. I also have a new set of turbulators and gaskets too.

Rslick, WahooATV, and Fountainman,
I actually have 4 tail pipes. I spoke with Gary Cook earlier and he is going to take the 4 pipes that I have and modify them with additional stainless to make them the right length, and dry all the way to the end. Thanks for all of your guys's help!
