Default 35 Lightning Hatch Actuator

03 Lightning engine hatch actuator problem. Motor runs, does not drive lift mechanism to raise hatch. Can lift hatch open by hand, rod slides in and out of actuator body freely.

Is this a serviceable part ?
Any experience/ ideas ?

Then stop asking to see the goods !!

I fixed the problem anyway, groove pin that holds drive gear on screw shaft fell out. Re-scored pin and put back together, all is well.

Daumm, someone else that actually makes an attempt to fix something, you must be self-employed.

Side note: The locals found that a 35 Lightning with staggered 600's was not something they should tangle with this past weekend. You need to come up for a visit.

Boat was a 2007 and came from Shogren, owner said they had 114 with it but he has not been there. Axa was saying the owner said 105 was it, seems low to me. A 525 boat will run that if set up right. It was a real sharp boat with some nice Mitcher T paint work.

Hope to see you this fall, any word from Nolan when it will be? Nolan was hanging off the Rum Runner dock on saturday afternoon, likely a scouting mission.
