Default 27' Fever engine and drive set ups...Speeds?

Just checking in with you all. I just purchased a 27 Fever with a 509 and a B1. Close to 600 hp. Just wandering what kinda speeds I could see and if I should replace the 280 tabs with 380's? Should also mention that its a 92 straight bottom.

Thanks!

My friend has a 1991 27 with a 509 & 250 B&M that runs right at 79 mph. Engine is around 600hp - basically an HP500 with a blower. He is running a 1.36:1 drive with a Rev 4 prop (21P or 23P ... don't remember anymore). Engine turns around 5600 rpm -MSD ignition with rev limiter.
