When in forward, I'll turn them out. When in reverse, I'll spin them in.
I saw 100% improvement when swapped to out, with zero loss of speed. Boat even felt more stable when at speed with them out.
Don't you have class?

Mine spin in, tried out, but was ill handling around the marina. In between props right now, I changed lowers in the fall and have only had time to test a few, but the hydromotive p4x is looking like a winner right now

Mine is stepped, US1 told me that his boat was better around the docks spinning out????
How do your boats handle at top speed?
Mine is a bit "loose" around high seventies into the 80's.

Out is always better around the docks, top end handling and speed will vary with hull and prop set up. Fountains generally favor being spun in on the upper end.
"Loose" is fast, that is if you can drive it that way!

It didn't take to long to get used to it, they will get into a chime walk pretty easy but not hard to get out. I will add a tab switch to my controls this winter.
I just need to leave the wife at the dock on those runs.

Sorry, you are right, I was wrong, mine spin in and it handles like its on rails to top end(90+ GPS)! Its a single step 96 and comes out of the hole like a dream. We tested 32 maximus on it and still had no problem.
