That's how a broker makes money......and that figure should have been worked out when it was listed with the broker. I assume your looking for the owner and don't know who he/she is. My take is still the same, he wanted to have a broker deal with all the tire kickers and that $7,500 is the fee for doing so.

Boat has around 120 so hours. When I sold it, had just over a hundred two years ago.
