Default 2001 35' Poker Run

Did Fountain make a Poker Run Edition in 2001? What are the differences between that and the Fountain Lightning?

Help Dollabill. The ad and the broker I spoke with both say its an 01. Do you know this boat? If so what year is it?

Oh and I thought that too because of the low profile winshield.

Could be a 01 Lightning twin Step came with 500s most likely has xr drives and will run low to mid 80s .. Dont know why they are calling it a ("POKER RUN") unless like Cig it has a stripped cabin .The poker run 35 they did make was a full canopy boat and was produced in 05 I think only 1 was made. the rest of the production run was 42s they were a sit down boat with a cut away canopy . but to clarify the 35 in the pic is a standard 35 lightning .. Still a nice boat! I own one!

Looks like a standard 35 twin step to me. I have seen people/brokers advertise these boats with a lot of contrived names. Graphics scheme looks like 2000- 2002 timeframe, called "stealth". It does look like it has the short windshield, though. Never heard of a 35 "poker run" boat. Not saying that the didn't make one, but I have never heard of one. I did see 1 canopied 35 twin step, though, at the Cumberland Poker Run, several years ago. Wyatt had it there with Randy Hartman and crew.

After reading the add, I would say the listing person is more or less clueless.

Thats whats throwing off the 01 thing. The graphics were/are available any time so they don't necc date the boat. There was no "poker run" edition then. It's a FL yacht broker thats clueless about perf boats. Get a HID# from him

Looks decent to me. Would dig into the engine comments, what was the new power, and what's been upgraded. Price is not bad if it's in decent shape.

I agree with the dumb azz comments that some brokers tag on their adds, sometimes cause more confusion than if they just simply left it at 2001 35' Fountain.

Thanks for info. Did it have the low profile windshield too? Just a Lightning correct? No so called Poker Run Edition.....

What do you think this boat will run with the 525's. It should touch 90 right?

I met you last year or year before (cant remember my brain has had to many beers over the years) on Tickfaw 200 at Sunbuns. We be there on Friday this year. You coming down?
