I know the ladder discussion has been covered time and again, But I really do not want to cut holes in the transom. I have young children and we beach the boat sometimes and it is always a pain to get in . I am wondering if anyone has tried any of these . There are some decent looking ones out there , and they just latch onto a cleat or grab bar. COuld use it in the back or off the front? Any input? experiences?

Got any examples, I am in the same boat as you, and that may be kinda trick.

I'll see if I can find a link...... I couldnt find any discussion about them , and thought it was weird that it had not been brought up before. I had to go to West Marine (not my favorite place) but when I was waiting for a price on somthing , I saw it sitting there and thought this might work.
