Default Fountain Rear Bench Seat Removal

A question for those that have taken the interior apart. I am in the process of adding a stereo system to my boat. I wanted to remove the rear bench seat front to cut my holes for the subs and component speakers. I noticed there were three screws on each side so I removed them, but for the life of me, that fiberglass piece will still not budge. Don't wanna "wrench" on it to bad. Is there something that I am missing or is that piece adhered to the bench tub and the screws are just insurance?

I never took mine out when we put the 10's under the bench.

Just put the template up and cut.

Same here. I just drew the circle with a template and cut the holes with a rotozip.
