a friend is looking for a replacement windshield for his 2003 fountain EX...anyone have one available?

If it is an Executioner it is the smoked plexi wind screen. He will probably have to go through Fountain. If he has the Lighting their may be a few of the big winshield floating around from people who replaced those with the smaller shields.
