why will the front compartment fill up with water but not drain out? is there a drain that is plugged or do I have something wrong with my boat?

No there was a post about this before, when they are on the trailer the water tubes actually pitch forward so the front fills up. When the boat is in the water supposedly they are pitched to the back. I put a big block under my jack when i am storing it and jack it all of the way up.
