(yes, this is the video of Reggie's race boat jumping the start)
Where ever he was in the vid really doesn't matter, thats still a very fast V Bottom pleasure boat.

and except for the race boat, he was the first V-hull. I knew it was a 700 boat, didn't realize the MODS and the impressive speeds the boat ran. (I thought it ran a still impressive 110 or so)

No real point, I'd love to have it! It's just hard to pick out each of the boats in that vid so I noted which one it was. Several of those faster cats made the trip to JOTJ for the first time this year significantly increasing the speeds of the lead boats, to my knowledge the 38 has been to JOTJ since new (and the owner a likely participant for years before)

edit: Hey, it's YOUR boat, isn't it. Regardless, impressive. I'm in a little CC right now and decided if I ever get another go-fast it would be a 120mph boat. To get reliable power I figured that meant a cat......that video just gave me another option to consider when the time comes.

There is a 42 Ex with 700s on Ebay. It says any reasonable offer.

I did not try to run upfront this year, couldn't anyway cats were flying, but had water hose issues and was only running 115ish. Later broke down after this video. Roger

Now that you mention it, I do remember seeing you sitting still. Hopefully it wasn't anything major!
We were passengers this year but will be in another go-fast eventually. After seeing that 123 reading of your boat I was very impressive......I've looked in the fountain section a couple times looking for 38/700 boats to see what they are going for!!!

......just four years ago 123 would have been fastest of the fleet.

Split the main hose feeding water to both engines. Tried to tape it up and managed to get to Smithfield station eventually where Brian Forehand from Fountain jumped in and fixed it for me. Thumbs up for the Fountain guys.

I knew you had to be running north of 110 because we were running about 112 when you passed us...you certainly looked rock solid at that speed
