thanks for the pics strip, so you just put one on either side of your drain plug as per the template ? those are the style I planned on using, are you using one sand or strainer or two ?.

sure,I started out thinking i was going to need 2 so I made the templets for both,but i am just using one now and it is supplying enough for both innercoolers.

before I was not having a problem it just didnt look like enuff water going thru the seastrainer, being it was only half full of water when running,now it had no air when running with the Teague water pick up,

Also not sure yet if it has hurt mph ,being its scooping more water than the old Imco pickup I was using.

If you can cut the recess in the bottom leading up to the pickup I would do it,

thanks again for the info strip, i guess the idea is to keep cool fresh water flowing ! so you are feeding into 1 strainer and then feeding the intercoolers from that .
