Yes, just had one battery in it and it must have a short in it, i wasnt getting any power even with the charger on boost.

I bought a on board battery charger and keep it plugged up after every use, no more battery problems!

You pull the rear pins the push the whole hatch forward and it should give you about 3" to work with to remove the bolt and nut. Have done this before all my baterries were dead and would not charge , pain in the butt to do so now I have a push pin in there in case that happens again.
