I have the old 3 spoke wheel with the CRT system. Dont use the CRT much. But my question is, to go to a momo, spargi type wheel, do i need a different hub? My wheel is held on to the hub via 3 bolts.

Your hub is fine, you just need an adapter. They sell adapters that fit the 3 bolt pattern to your new wheel.
