Congratulations, on the 42. Do you know how fast it was with the 1075s? If you are interested in a set of 1075s with transmissions PM me. They have 100 hrs on them.

SLOWRIDE-388 02-06-2011 08:28 PM

Congrats on the new boat, looked like a real nice one. Good luck with the search for power, there is plenty of options out there.

dykstra 02-07-2011 04:04 AM

Congrats!!

Glennthecanadian 02-07-2011 08:16 AM

Thanks everyone. I will be bringing it down to Fort Myers next week to get some power put in her. It had 1075's. Still looking at my options for power. Looking for the right deal for the right motors that this boat deserves.

Have you thought about having engines built by someone like Eddie Young, richie Zul, Dave at wesco, etc? The mercs are nice, but not cheap, and i would think you can get a better setup for similiar money from one of those builders...

Either way, congrats on the boat. That boat is on the top of my list for favorite beakers. Right up there with Bullheads boat. Keep us posted on the progress!!! :drink:

Mark,
He was not planning to, as he did not feel he was going to need it, But things change daily in Nashville. To many more days like saturday, and he will have to.

Fountain4402 03-29-2011 02:20 PM

iariverrat 03-29-2011 05:52 PM

Awesome boat ! I think blue on the windsheild frame to match the bow rails would be a nice touch, but Iam just picking on perfection I know. 700's are a nice set-up

bill63 03-29-2011 06:30 PM

I was told it was $67,500.00. It really is awesome in the sunlight. But holy smokes!!!

Going for the maiden voyage today. We stated it up yesterday for the first time. Sounds very angry.

Cheers.
