Default Interior Fountion Logos

Has anyone else had trouble with the interior light up Fountian logos behind the front seats? By trouble I mean does anyone else's look "melted". I have seen a few boats out here that are the same way. My boat was new when I got it and they had already deformed.

I took them apart and theres no way to fix them. And like anything else on a Fountain I am afraid of the replacement cost.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Yeah, one of mine is melted, I inquired and you have to relace the whole thing, 'glass' "Fountain plate' and light assy something like 300 bucks US, Im going to cover mine with white vinyl and put some Fountain logos across them..........Doug

RUNNIN A FEVER,
I think that should be a warranty issue. Give the factory a call. Steve Harolsen use to be in charge of that stuff. In the past Fountain was real good about taking care of its owners. Hopefully they will take care of this. Please let us know what happens.

Mine look like something ran down the inside and left a salt stain/melted look. Not pretty. I was thinking of trying plastic polish but haven't taken them apart yet.

Default Fountain Lights

It seems as if the condensate that gets behind the light is leaving a residue,,, ours has an inverted triangular design to it, but the center is clear, pretty much,,, I wonder is this just a salt wter deal?,,, I really haven't worried over it too much, I just turn on the lights and the music and enjoy the sunset or the stars!

Thanks for all the info, I'll call Fountain and see what happens. Lately they havn't been to good about helping owners with 200K boats let alone my logos. Never-the-less I'll give it a shot.

I like PC's idea about the subs. I'll stand by for the pics.

Thanks Again.

I replaced mine with Alpine marine speakers, its a much better location than stock because the sound is not directed at your feet!
