How did you drain your tank? I undid the cut off valve in the engine compartment. I can only get 90 of the supposedly 118 gallons advertised out. I know the tank was full.

thx! I'm not burning 60 gal a day! Is that what the the capacity is on a 27 Fever? I've been topping it off everday im out on the water to play it safe. I just wish it was more accurate!
Mine has 2 aluminum side tanks installed in the engine bay. I run the front one dry and the boats goes a lot faster and feels lighter. What I am saying is.. A full forward tank in a 27 takes a lot of performance out of your boat. Edit; Carry a 5 gallon can of fuel w you. then when it runs out of fuel.. Then you will know for sure. (Don't run it out of fuel at wide open throttle though). i think it is 58-62 gals. on the 27's |
