Great Experience at Fountain Factory
Just thought I would share some positive news from a recent trip and work done to my boat at the Fountain factory.
I wanted to prop test and tune my set-up, have triple rear bolsters installed, and a few minor details addressed.
Work was coordinated by Brian Forehand who did an excellent job meeting my timeframe requirements and finished results expectations. He discovered issues to correct during our testing sessions which prevented more expensive repairs and increased safety too. Communication was excellent as issues which arise during a custom job were resolved together by phone conversation. I was at ease knowing Brian had all aspects of the work coordinated and supervised, and the results met my expectations.
There is a lot going on at the factory. Many service upgrades to interiors, motors, paint, etc. as well as new boats in production. People smiling and enjoying what they do. All done at pricing which I feel is fair to both the factory and the customer. A great experience for sure.

Thats great to hear! I'm glad you gave Brian and Fountain the opportunity to work on your boat. Brian is no doubt the best at getting our boats to the max speed. I cant wait to get mine back! Do you have another vid for us? What speed did you get her up to? And last but not least...surely the visit encouraged you to book the Jammin on the James run..Right?!?
