RPM's on twin 502 stock. ???????
This is my first year with my 32 fever. I'm only getting about 4900 rpm with boat all trimmed out at wot. Should it be around 5400.
I'm running mirage props Boat is running 68 gps.

Stock 502's don't make any more power once you pass 5000rpms, sp there is no point to spin them much more than that.
Sounds like your motors are running decent but you need to mess with the tabs and trim a bit to get the best speed

4800-5000 if I remember is spec on '93 502 carbed mags. I would say your top speed is light. My 93 35 with 502's ran 74 with 1/8 tank of fuel. And per Fountain factory report.
What kind of props you running? Again if I recall, mine were 25's 3 blade Mirage.

Ya 78 isn't gonna happen.... I sure wish tho!!! The 35's seem to be as fast or faster than the 32's w/ the same power, better balanced I guess.... Best I've seen after a complete refresh on the heads & added stainless marine exhaust is 69mph on gps w/ 7 people on board & all there junk & quite a bit of fuel. I'm waiting for a cool evening & just A person or 2 on to try again!!!
Before the exhaust & head work best I had ever seen was a high 68.
