How hard was it to tear down the windshield and put it back together?

What can I expect to pay for powdercoating of the windshield frame?

Sorry for all the questions but as soon as mine is winterized this is exactly what im doing!!!! And it looks GREAT BY THE WAY!!!!

taking the windshield apart was no sweat mark all the rubber parts will help putting it back together powder coating was 450.00 with stripping, tinting was 125.00 reassembly was a 8 on a 10 scale (use silicone) will make it go easier...Tim Thanks!

Looks real nice Bob!

Hey, have you ever been involved in a cut down on the windshield. Have seen some post that they have had it done. Would love the shorter version, just can't get my head into the rumored 7K price tag.

i know alot of people like the shorter windshield but the wind hits me right in the face when the bolster is up. I like the looks of the shorty but the full length gives alot more protection ......just a thought
