Default Hour meter

I noticed my hour meter stopped working on my 93 27' fever. I checked the terminals on the meter and they had some oxidation. I cleaned then up. I turned the key to the run position and left it for 10 minutes and it did not move. Anyone have any suggestions on what else I should check?

Turn the key to run and check it with a test light. If you have power its the meter if you dont the wire or ground has come off at the other end. There isnt much to the system
