Has anyone replaced there 32 rub rail with white and stainless incert
I have black and I don't like it. Any pics

I couldnt stand the black either on my 29 and changed it out.
You can purchase the exact rubrail you have in white from West Marine. They come in 20' lengths and it will cost you about $400 for rubrail and I recommend changing the screws as well.
It made my boat look a lot "Newer" so to speak.

Do you have to heat the rub rail to install it? They seem to be very rigid. Bill

Yes I Had To Use A Heat Gun On The Corners And The Nose.

Updated my 90' 35 several years ago it was worth the work!

My boat came with a white one and I replaced the insert only with white about 5 years ago.Now it is a maintenance pain to keep clean.I wish I had gone with a stainless type instead. White only looks good clean.

I have the white on white now, like to go to stainless too. Will it go into the current molding or do I change them both out? The anchor line puts rub marks in the white insert and I agree it's a pain to keep clean.

What does the SS look like if you bump something with it? i always thought the ss would scratch but if not I'll go that way.
