He uses them as bilge rats. Both Eddie and Travis are not diminutive in nature by any means. He has to strip them down naked and grease them w drive oil in order for them to slip between the headers to take off header bolts.

The bonus is that the Asian mothers come with the deal. He buys them huge fake cans, and they do all his laundry. It's a pretty legit arrangement.
