I like the slim look of a flip up nav light but how hard is it to install
Anyone install one.

I installed 1 on my 93, 32 last spring. Used the drilled hole for the wires as the very front of the of the pop up bow light w/ a bezel underneath it.... It's scary cutting a hole that big in the front of your boat, but really cleaned it up!!! Used a whiz wheel I believe!? Kinda traced around the fitting, started small & kept cutting & grinding Lil by Lil till it fit snuggly!!!

Keep a look out for it in the "up" position at night. Mine would flop back down occasionally and did not notice till I got pulled over, with a warning.

I shaved the deck on my 1996 29' fever ( except for the rails ) when I had it painted. The pop up bow light was installed as well as a pop up cleat. We cut the holes with an air reciprocating saw with a fine edged blade. It turned out great.
