92 on the speedo and 85 GPS. I always ran heavy with fuel. Never know where I'm headed.

Boat had 28 Bravo I props. We had 320 hours on the motors when it sold never an issue.

The 2003 at Formula Boats of Missouri isn't a fair comparison. Guy from Canada went and looked at it and then came back and bought ours. It's priced right, but needs some work to be perfect.

I've never seen this one for sale and have been watching the 47's for over a year. I like the red, seems heavy on the price to me too.

If so that is some good prop slip #'s, 5-6%..

I am around 13 - 15% slip on my 525's with 32 B1

Default storing and towing only cons

I buy and sell it was the nicest boat I've owned to date. I would buy another 47. Not much not to like about the boat, ride, handling, comforts are all outstanding. Not much to complain about with the AC running doing 80 down the main channel at Lake of the Ozarks!

I pulled ours with a SRW 2500 GMC diesel turned up and didn't care for towing it. I’ve always towed boats/trailers and just think it was working the truck very hard. Steve (Ozark Devil) has a Manning trailer and doesn't think it tows any harder than his old 40 Outlaw. Never seemed to have an issue parking it in slips, you do have to watch the wind some, it’s a big kite. Only down side if you like to travel a bunch.

We live on Lake of the Ozarks and my wife has a bad back, so it was great for us. She wants a cruiser and I don’t. It ran 85 GPS and has all the stuff you find a on cruiser. It was a great boat for us.

I made an offer that was rejected on a 51 Quad step last night, Dan just doesn’t seem to want to get us Fountain guys converted as much as he says.

Yes, the props are factory labbed 27 hydro's. The factory test sheet shows 90 but I have never seen 90 on GPS.

Eddie thanks for all the good info. I got a kick out of your wife comment.... mine is pushing me to do the same thing and I'm trying to convince her into a larger performance boat before we go to the cruiser route.
