I am looking for the best interior, hull and windshield cleaners. 2007 lightning with factory paint and no issues just looking for what others are using

Yup, followed up with vinyl conditioner.

Vinegar makes quick work out of the exhaust tips.

I would be careful on this, lots of opinions on here to the contrary, some claim it can take the finish off the vinyl and make a mess of it.

I have also had great success with Magic erasers. I have removed marks from the hull I thought would never come out. Also removed grease/grime and marks on my vinyl. I always follow up with a protectant. Best of luck.

Everyone I talk to uses them. I have been warned only to avoid the generic copies.

I use Simple Green and Dawn for almost everything. Mild stuff and it works. The Simple Green wipes are great for the vinyl, but you should use a high quality vinyl conditioner from time to time. Stubborn hull stains or bright work, I usually use a 3M products.
