Gearsets are being manufactured for them by GK systems. All seals and bearings available. A fresh set of ssm 3,3a, 4, or 5 will last much longer than a pair of fresh bravos with anything over 500hp in a 38ft boat. Breaking bravo after bravo can get expensive fast. If you ever plan to put blowers on those motors, you will be ahead of the game with the ssm setup.

My 1990 38 with ssm ivs runs 84 on gps in freshwater with 454's with b&m 250 blowers. Around 625hp a side. I also like playing in rough water.

If anyone is really serious I can go look through the boat . check out the rot, use a mositure meter ,water in the drives, take pics etc. salt water boats can be a nightmare. call 239-437-9480 jay

I heard back from the owner yesterday evening the boat is up off of Palm Beach Blvd...I should be able to look at it Monday on my way back form Ocala..
