I'm sure its a little rough around the edges.. but still allot of boat for 60K... most 35's of that vintage are selling/asking in that price range

i would say thats a water line in the cabin. as for the cabin door everyone breaks the corner off that door. It must have been replaced with one that just doesnt match. looks like a smoking deal
