Default 29 Fountain Fever Project

Hey guys I just listed my 29' Fever in the OSO classifieds. It is in great condition with all new or rebuilt parts to finish the project. If your looking for a winter project here it is. Just put it all together and add your power. I found a 38 Fever I'm buying so this has got to go. Lots of pics in the add. It's going on eBay soon but I thought I'd give the OSO guys the first shot. Let me know what you think or if you have any questions. Here's the link to the add http://www.offshoreonly.com/classifi...o42978-en.html

Well I see 127 of you have looked at this thread but not a single comment. Am I asking to much, don't like something about the boat, at least give me some feedback or comment. So I guess there's no interest here at all. Oh well, I guess eBay it is.

I think a cabin pic and a parts pic might help. I takes a long time to sell boats in this market. Ebay will sell your boat. But it will be sold for less than you want but maybe as much as you need.

it looks like a nice piece . if a guy had 2 motors laying around it would be a nice project . I don't , but was just surfing the site . plus I already had a 29 with a hp500 , they are great boats . I upgraded , now I have 2 hp500 . it will sell .

Looks like its in good shape, the 29's I have seen for sale with twins in the 1995 vintage seem to be going for around 30-35k max, so if someone could get a pair of 502's in it for 10-12k they would be doing ok.

For someone with the time its not a bad deal. Looks like what you did already was done right.

I would say between being in a bad time of year and price, you havent had interest. Its holidays and people arent worried about boats. Second is price. If some guy already had engines this might be an alright deal. But if he doesnt he could spend 10-15 an engines with the 18 your talking 28-33k invesment, and in all reality this boat is only worth 30-33k max, so the risk isnt worth the reward.

Dont know what you have into it, but if you want it gone Id say 12 grand and settle for 10 if need be

Yeah I know it's a bad time of year to sell a boat. I am just hoping somebody is looking for a good winter project. They could have it ready for spring. Also I am open to offers. 18k is not set in stone in any way, just a starting point. Thanks for your input.
