Looking for opinions here guys. Is there a reason Fountain set up the throttles "shift throttle throttle shift? I'm ordering new guages and controls from Livorsi this week and i'm having trouble deciding which way to set them up. I'm thinking "shift shift throttle throttle' Any Pro's and Con's you can think of ?

Your 2 shifts on left and 2 throttles on right will make shifting your starboard engine trickier, as it is shorter and will be harder to grab, rather than being on the far right.
Go with the Fountain shift throttle throttle shift, it works great with no issues. The shifters are alot shorter and won't interfere with the sticks.

Agreed, easier to shift w/o hitting the throttle by accident. I use both hands to shift, drive it like a bulldozer. Just more room to work.
You can always try it in either config and change if you chose. No big deal to swap the order around.
