Thanks guys! I'm actually on Lake Tenkiller but I'll be going to GLOC and LOTO quite a bit. It really hasn't been that difficult switching over to the efi's since the previous owner had fuel injected power in it. The exhaust has been a little time comsuming since I'm building the dry tailpipes myself.

That's going to be nicely loud. Post a vid when you fire her up. I love a dry exhaust.

That will be a really nice setup Mike. I was originally going to go with more power but came across this power and drive combo at a great price and within 50 miles of my house so I jumped on it. I tore both engines down and rebuilt them so they are ready to go with no worries. The next set though will be a bit more power.

Congrats on the project. That boat used to have some big blown injected 900hp Larry Peto engines in it, with SSM III drives. I believe it also has built in A/C??? Whoever added the boxes and #5's headed in the right direction with that.

Boat should run low 70's with 500's, you'll never hurt the drives.

Mild your correct, it did have big blown injected engines in it. The guy I got the boat from bought it just for all the power and drives. Yes it does have factory A/C, which will be much appreciated during the Oklahoma summer! Yea, the 500's shouldn't give the #5's much headache but the next pair in a yr or so should keep them well excercised, well hopefully anyways...
