Default full-time straight exhaust, what do I need? (pic)

I want to delete the run going into the transom assembly and run the pipes straight out the back. What are my options?

thanks in advance.

You need one of the two soloutions below. I prefer the cover plate, but you will need to remove the motor in order to install it.

Other than that, you either need a new complete tailpipe or a piece that fits in where the diverter was.
