It's 1/2 at the gimble. 1/4 of bottom gone from blueprinting. Probly just have to raise back of motor 1/2. leave front mount alone. Not too thrilled about a new set of holes about 5/8 or so from old ones. Exhaust is a long story. Getting ready to test it here in a little bit.

How does the boat run now - are there any odd characteristics with its performance?

That boat looked bad ass running yesterday, I don't think I would touch it.
