Looking what speeds y'all getting out of 42 fountain with prop setup and power in boat and year boat. I have a 95 42 fountain with 525s that are not staggered and the hull is not stepped looking to get 80 out of boat and what props imma need let me kno what y'all thimk

This was a side by side 1998 with 500hp's and just barley ran 80 on the speedo with 181 hours on it. It had hydromotive props on it. I've always heard the steps worth 5-7 mph. What are you running now with the 525's?

i have 28 brovos and 27 hydromotivies going try them this week, i was go see if i can get some 30s but i dont kno if it can push the boat we will see
