Finally it arrived from Fountain. Does anyone know what type of sealer is used between the hull and the windshield. Also the new one only has one row of screws to go to the hull. The old one had 2 row's. It is not drilled on the ends any special bit needed to drill those holes. It's some type of polycarbonite. I also need black screws and washers. stainless or chrome just look bad against the black window, the sides have black already.
Any information will help i don't want to screw it up .
Thanks
Tim

Take the right size drill bit and knock the sharp edge off with a grinder or dremel so it cuts more like a wood spade bit, vs a steel drill bit.

I just replaced the side windshields on my 32. You want to grind the drill bit to a 90 degree angle. Google acrylic drill bits and look at the angle compared to a metal bit. Drill slow and test it on the old one. I just used an old metal bit and ground it to the 90 degree angle and it worked perfect. The sealer is nothing more than black silicone.

I used black silicone also. Ran a strip of painters tape along both sides of the joint to keep the silicone to a min and give it a nice clean line. Not to mention no cleanup.
