i have bought parts from them before mainly because of ease and they usually have it. But to be honest they have been dicks every time I have called. There initial greeting is we cant help find what you need so you better have a part number. I have tried twice to talk to somebody to ensure correct parts etc, with nothing.

I know its not a parts guy job to diagnose, but a good parts man usually has advice and is willing to help you through the process.
