my 35 has about 3 lbs at idle 15-18 at cruising speed and 20-25 at wot these numbers were on my test sheet from fountain and are still the same 10 years latter hope this helps

Wife's family has a house in boothbay harbor & was there last week. Didn't see any performace boats up there. Good to know ther is some.

My water pressure is maxed out at WOT. Is that a bad thing? I have a 502 MPI. I noticed that some of the pickups on my lower unit are blocked off, probably to limit the amount of water intake?? I don't know a thing about this stuff so any feedback would be great.

Yeah there pretty few and far between. Buddie of mine has a 28 Checkmate 502 procharged, but other than that alot of center consoul fishing boats. I always get excited when I see a performance boat.
