Broke a side window yesterday. Is fountain the only place to get one?

oh man i broke a lip off of mine and it was tough. Do you have the smoked straight windshield. If so those peices are straight and you can probably go to a glass place and have them make you a new one. As for fountain good luck with that one.

Order it from fountain today. At least 2 weeks until it gets here. That sucks

Get new ones made for both sides. They are flat.. Black plexy is the ticket.. Probly cheaper than shipping. lol

Ordered window 8/7 recieved the new one 8/23. Left on the front porch by UPS . With 2 big Orange stickers inspect before accepting. Opened one of the poorest packed parts I have ever bought and yes it was broke. Took pic's sent them to Gail at Fountain , called twice on Friday. Waited until Monday night still no reply. Filed a claim with UPS 8/27.

Go to jacks glass in Covington or call them, the owner is my buddy & 1 of my doors to my cuddy is cracked & he said he could easily make a duplicate as long as its a flat piece!!

I'll give him a call.

UPS says it was poorly packed for shipping call the shipper. I called all day Thursday, finally 4pm someone answers the phone tell them why i'm calling. He tell's me everyone is gone until Tuesday and hangs up. Fed up I called my credit card company , Now they will take it up with Fountain Tuesday.
I know it is not the best situation at fountain But you would think they would be working to keep what they have.
