That boat was a 93 i think..... i would say the fist time you start to feel stuff get soft. Tear it out that winter. The better shape its in when you take it apart the asyer it will be for ya. I think rob will vouch for that

Yes it is bad a few pieces have been redone in the past but it is past time for the rest I hate when things are left too rot luckily the rest of the boat is solid or this wouldnt be worth redoing I will keep pics coming on process starting too template and cut things now

If you are referring to the t-nuts, they can be found at Lowe's / Home Depot, not sure if your location has stainless (mine does not).
