I drove past (what was) Fountain Performance Marine the other day and noticed the new Fountain logo and their sign were covered up. Anyone know the latest on what's going on?

read an article that said Fountain Powerboats was suing them over name and logo likeness. Also noticed their website has been stripped down to the bare bones
