Default 27 Fever Cabin Seat Removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the cabin seats and front pad as you enter the berth on this boat? Replacing carpet and for the life of me, cannot find the magic button to get them out. Thanks!

Spread the seam apart and look for small holes thru the leather at the bottom of the pleats. Phillips screws Just a couple on each pad

Haven't decided just yet but will likely go with a short pile, marine grade. The thick shag from the factory has several fade spots and it not even close to matching the color scheme of the boat. Boat has burgundy w/ gold accents and deep blue carpet in the cabin. Hate it.
