Will -2 shortys gain me anything on a 35 flat bottom?has anyone done this?

I believe I had read before that Reggie fountain 3 said running in the low mid 70's & adding them wouldn't really help much, but if your running 80's or better w/ standard drives it could net you 4-6mph..... Or better?
